James has more than 30 years of experience in the cabinet-making industry, supported by an extensive background in construction, design and building projects across both domestic and commercial applications.

His experience also includes international design and construction work in several developing nations. As CEO, James provides strategic leadership while drawing on decades of practical industry knowledge to help guide the quality and direction of WCC Kitchens & Cabinets.

Denise is an owner and director of WCC Kitchens & Cabinets. Together with James, she helps provide leadership, continuity and direction to the family-owned business.

Denise is an important part of the company behind the scenes, supporting the long-term operation of WCC and the people-focused values that have helped the business build lasting relationships with customers, staff and industry partners.

Dan oversees operations across WCC Kitchens & Cabinets and helps guide projects from the initial design and planning stages through to completion.

A cabinet maker by trade, Dan began his career in a family-owned business before progressing into company ownership and later working as second-in-charge for a previous employer. This broad experience gives him a practical understanding of manufacturing, project delivery, business operations and customer expectations.

Wayne Barton

Qualified cabinet maker with 40 years of industry experience

Wayne is a qualified cabinet maker with 40 years of industry experience, making him a highly knowledgeable point of contact for customers planning a new kitchen, laundry, wardrobe, bathroom vanity or other custom cabinetry project.

Wayne works both on the road and from the WCC showroom, meeting with customers to discuss their ideas, consider practical design options and prepare quotations suited to the project. His extensive hands-on trade experience allows him to provide informed advice on cabinetry design, construction and functionality.

Jarrah Edwards

Qualified cabinet maker with 18 years of drafting experience

Jarrah is a qualified cabinet maker with 18 years of drafting experience, including eight years of industry-specific drafting for cabinetry and related projects.

His combination of cabinet-making knowledge and drafting expertise helps him create practical, accurate designs that can be successfully manufactured and installed. A key part of Jarrah’s role is producing detailed 3D renders that allow customers to visualise their new kitchen, laundry, wardrobe, vanity or custom cabinetry before manufacturing begins.

Brittany Graham

Brittany has worked in administration for eight years, including six years within the kitchen and cabinetry industry.

She manages the day-to-day office administration at WCC Kitchens & Cabinets, helping communication flow between customers, suppliers and the wider team while supporting the smooth coordination of the business.

Tim McIlwain

Qualified cabinet maker with 27 years of industry experience

Tim is a qualified cabinet maker with 27 years of experience in the cabinetry industry and has been part of the WCC Kitchens & Cabinets team for more than two years.

As Production Manager, Tim oversees projects after the sales stage and helps coordinate the work required to move each job through manufacturing and towards successful completion. His extensive trade experience supports practical decision-making, quality control and efficient production throughout each project.

Shayne Richmond

Qualified cabinet maker with eight years of industry experience

Shayne is a qualified cabinet maker who completed his four-year apprenticeship with WCC Kitchens & Cabinets and has now built eight years of hands-on industry experience.

As Factory Foreman, Shayne manages the day-to-day factory procedures and staff, oversees jobs moving through production and coordinates the installation team.

Showroom security, staff supervision and treat management

Our Chief Morale Officers are responsible for supervising the team, welcoming visitors and making sure no lunch goes unattended. Their daily duties include showroom patrols, quality-testing comfortable chairs and ensuring meetings never run past treat time.

Small in stature but exceptionally committed to their roles, they take staff morale and snack-related matters very seriously.
